Central Area Summit

Please join us for the 2022 Central Area Summit Thrive 365! An Evolution of Mind, Body and Spirit. The conference will be held at The Galt House Hotel, the City Centerpiece of Louisville, Kentucky. The Galt House is known as the “official hotel” of all that matters and is the perfect backdrop to compliment the energy, excitement and contemporary spirit shared by our Link Sisters. The theme of the 2022 Central Area Summit affirms that our wellness comes not just from physical health, but from mental and spiritual health as well. All three aspects contribute to
our overall liveliness. Thrive 365! is an exercise in self-care that will guide our Link Sisters on the journey to optimal health and well-being, allowing us to return to our chapters and community as stronger women.

Together, we will master healthy habits to reduce stress and anxiety for a better sense of peace and mental clarity. This safe space for our sisters is specifically designed to help us decompress, discuss caregiving, and relax and unwind with our friends. We will practice yoga, watch live cooking demonstrations, and hear from a host of phenomenal speakers on a range of topics that will train our sisterhood to live our best lives. Link sisters should come prepared to stretch their minds and bodies– refocusing on their sense of purpose and better equipped to lead our transformational programs and services.

Even small doses of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact. It is my sincere hope that each of you return home with a fresh perspective, healthy attitude, and happy and full heart.
